Panzer IIs in Russia, 1941
A pair of Panzer IIs seen early in the fighting in Russia in 1941. They were part of a column being held up by a broken bridge over a minor river, thus the presence of crewmen standing around the tanks. Even in this picture the suspension of the Panzer II can be seen above the small road wheels.
