The 411th Bombardment Group was a training unit that was active from August 1943 until May 1944.

The group was activated on 1 August 1943 and served as a replacement training unit with the Third Air Force, training crews to fill gaps in existing units. It performed this role for just under a year and was disbanded on 1 May 1944.
