Royal Aircraft Factory H.R.E.6

The Royal Aircraft Factory H.R.E.6 was a design for a three-seat floatplane biplane. Very little progress was made on the design, for which no complete plans survive. Those drawing that have survived suggest that it was to have similar floats to the H.R.E.6. A three seat version of the R.E.7 was produced, with a front gunner whose gun was mounted above the wings, forcing the gunner to stand up to use it.
