Plan view aft, USS Bush (DD-529), 1944
Here we see a plan view from teh aft of the Fletcher class destroyer USS Bush (DD-529) at the Mare Island Navy Yard on 16 June 1944. The recent changes circled on the side aren't very clear, but they are probably side mounted depth charge launchers. Also note the extra anti-aircraft guns on the fantail.
