Midship Secton, USS Cincinnati (C-7) and USS Raleigh (C-8)
Here we see a midships section through the Cincinnati class protected cruisers USS Cincinnati (C-7) and USS Raleigh (C-8). Note the sloped protective deck that began below the water level and sloped up to allow it to pass over the protected spaces.
