USS Hamner (DD-718), South China Sea, 1960
Here we see the Gearing class destroyer USS Hamner (DD-718) in the South China Sea on 8 April 1960, on her way to Bombay. At this point she was still largely in her original configuration, and we get a good view of her torpedo tubes just behind the tripod mast.
