USS Kearsarge (BB-5) almost completed
Here we see the Kearsarge class battleship USS Kearsarge (BB-5) when she was almost completed, late in 1899 or early in 1900. Some sort of special event must be being held, judging by the large number of well dressed civilians on her decks.
