Here we see two members of the Victory Loan Committee of Boston on the Kearsarge class battleship USS Kentucky (BB-6), with one looking through one of the ships telescopes. This picture probably dates to 1918, as other pictures from the same collection have Calvin Coolidge as Governor of Massachusetts, a post he held from 1918.
