Secondary conning station on USS Mahan (DD-364)
Here we see the secondary conning station on the Mahan class destroyer USS Mahan (DD-364) fully manned, probably in 1941. This is larger than the actual bridge on most of the flushdecker type of destroyers, and has space for two anti-aircraft guns as well as the 'bridge' crew.
