Aft 13in guns, USS Massachusetts (BB-2)
Here we see the aft 13in guns on the Indiana class battleship USS Massachusetts (BB-2) with a passing marine to give some scale. Note the gun limber for a conventional field artillery gun to th eleft, presumably for use by any landing parties.
