Admiral Williams on USS New York (BB-34)
Here we see Vice Admiral C S William, his wife and his staff onboard the New York class battleship USS New York (BB-34) in 1921. The US Navy caption has him serving as Commander in Chief of the Battle Force, although this branch of the US Navy wasn't formed until the following year.
