USS Northampton (CLC-1) being launched
Here we see the launch of the Baltimore class command and control ship/ heavy cruiser USS Northampton (CLC-1) at Quincy, Mass, on 27 January 1951. She was laid down as a heavy cruiser
but completed as a command and control ship.
