Here we see Aviation Ordnanceman Airmen J.V. Lykins and D.F. Jenkins moving two trucks of bombs onto the bomb elevator on the Essex class carrier USS Princeton (CV-37) at some point in 1951. The elevator rose through six decks from the magazine to the flight deck.
