Here we see the Illinois class battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-9) in the Norfolk Navy Yard Dry Dock on 6 May 1919. The original caption calls this the largest dry dock in the world, so it must be Dry Dock No.4, completed in 1919 and 1,010ft long.
