Group of Officers on USS Wisconsin (BB-9)
Here we see a group of officers on the deck of the Illinois class battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-9) in 1903, when she was serving as the Flagship of the commander of the Northern Squadron of the Asiatic Fleet. Seated in the centre of the picture is Rear Admiral Philip H Cooper, Commander of the Northern Squadron. To his right is his Flag Lieutenant Lt Victor Blue. Standing behind them is an unidentified figure (left) and Ensign Henry L. Wyman, an Aide, on the right.
