Blackburn YA.7 from the front

Here we see the Blackburn B-54/ YA.7, a prototype anti-submarine aircraft, in September 1949. The YA.7 was powered by a Rolls-Royce Griffon 56 engine, and made its maiden flight on 20 September 1949. Development of the aircraft continued, but it lost out to the Fairey Gannet.
