Char B1 bis medium tank
A view of a Char B1 bis medium tank about to go into combat in a village near Rethel. This picture demonstrates one of the big problems with this tank - its main 7.5cm gun was in the fuselage and could only fire in the direction the tank was pointing, but here the Germans are approaching from the direction of the barrier across the village street, so the tank's main gun is out of use.
