Curtiss NC-4 before Transtlantic Flight
Here we see the Curtiss NC-4 at NAS Rockaway on 8 May 1919, just before it set off to fly to Newfoundland and the start of the first successful trans-Atlantic flight. NC-4 was the only one of the three aircraft that started to flight to complete it
