HMS Amphion at Pembroke, 1913

Here we see the Active class scout cruiser HMS Amphion at Pembroke Dockyard on 24 March 1913. The Amphion became the first British warship to be lost during the First World War when she was sunk by a German mine on 6 August 1914.
