Here we see the H class destroyer HMS Hotspur at Sheerness at some point during the Second World War. The picture probably dates to 1939-40, before she was sent to the Mediterranean. After her return in 1943 one of the forward guns was replaced with an anti-submarine Hedgehog anti-submarine spigot mortar, and in this picture she still has both guns.
