HMS Orion from the left
Here we see the Orion class battleship HMS Orion from the left. This class was the first of the 'super-dreadnoughts' and saw a big increase in tonnage compared to the previous Colossus class, and a switch from 12in to 13.5in guns. A small aircraft can be seen on top of her second turret, sitting on the dark frame of a launch platform.
