HMS Usk from the left
Here we see the River class destroyer HMS Usk from the left, showing the conventional raised forecastle that made them better sea boats than the earlier 30-knotters. Awnings are hiding the side guns alongside the bridge, but we can see the section on the side of the bows cut out to allow them to fire forwards.
