Italian giving infomation to Pole, Pesaro, 1944
In a sign of multi-national the 8th Army was by 1944 here we see an Italian officer who had returned from leading a patrol giving infomation to a Polish recce commander in Pesaro, which fell early in Operation Olive (25 August-October 1944), the first Allied attack on the Gothic Line.
