Despite the series title, this book goes well beyond just being a study of Luftwaffe paint schemes! Here you will find a detailed history of the German fighter aircraft during the Spanish Civil War The well written text provides good accurate information on the aircraft involved, the campaigns they took part in and the pilots who flew them.
Of course it does also provide a great deal of information on the colour schemes used by the Legion Condor while in Spain, with dozens of full colour illustrations supported by contemporary photographs.
This book comes heartily recommended.
